Orders placed during our working hours (Monday to Saturday) will be processed and delivered on the same day within Nairobi. Orders placed outside of working hours will be processed and delivered on the next working day.
For customers outside Nairobi, orders made during our working hours will be shipped the same day but arrive on the next day. Orders placed after working hours will be processed and dispatched on the following working day.

Before dispatching, we thoroughly check and confirm each order to ensure all items are included and fully functional. Orders are shipped in our branded bags, but rest assured, all packages are discreetly delivered for your privacy.
To ensure successful delivery, please provide accurate information, including your phone number, address, and email address. This is crucial for tracking your order and timely delivery.
If we attempt delivery and cannot reach you by phone, the package will be sent back to our store. If you wish for the package to be resent, an additional delivery fee will be applied.
Please double-check your address details before confirming your order. If an incorrect address is provided, you will be responsible for any additional delivery fees incurred to redirect or resend your package.
Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns. We take utmost care to ensure that all items are in perfect condition before shipping. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.
Should you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
